Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy which can help your understand yourself and any issues you may be experiencing. IAPT counsellors can offer a safe space to explore your difficulties and the impact they may be having on you and help you to move forward. Our counsellors are trained in Counselling for depression (Cfd) and Couple therapy for depression. We offer sessions by Microsoft teams, telephone and face to face.

Couples Therapy

Couple therapy helps people with depression when they are in relationships that are experiencing difficulties. Improving your relationship through working together on the things that create unhappiness, helps both you and your partner move on from stuck and often difficult patterns of interaction. This in turn can lead to a happier and more fulfilling relationship which can then often relieve the depression. Couples therapy can help improve your communication, manage difficulties and work towards resolving any problems in your relationship.
